CREATING A 100% BLACK-CONTROLLED SOUTH AFRICAN INDUSTRIAL GROUP

Vusimuzi is a broad based, wholly black-owned and controlled South African industrial company co-owned by three black anchor shareholders, Mr Prince Vusimuzi, Nkosi family trust and Vusimuzi employees trust (VET).
With Mr Prince Vusimuzi respectively as a CEO at the helm, the company is directed by a board and management team.
Vusimuzi was incorporated to establish a one stop industrial group as well as to acquire various businesses, this establishment of an industrial group will be positioning Vusimuzi as major South African youth owned industrial company responsible for providing multiple services through all its operating divisions respectively.
In addition, the establishment effectively will be making Vusimuzi the largest controlled industrial youth owned company, with a clear focus on providing our clients with secure, long-term services together with its subsidiaries.
As a company we also believe in establishing a sustainable legacy for the communities in which we operate, and the industry as a whole. To support this philosophy, 5% of our equity has been ring-fenced equally for the benefit of employees and communities through employee and community trusts.
