Vusimuzi is co-owned by three black anchor shareholders, Mr Prince Vusimuzi, Nkosi family trust, and Vusimuzi employees trust (VET).

1. Mr Prince Vusimuzi owns Vusimuzi Group, and is the founder, Group chief executive officer. Vusimuzi Group, a name derived from his 2^nd name ‘’Vusimuzi’ meaning “I will raise this house”, born in Nhlazatshe, Mpumalanga in the mid-90s and grew up in Leandra, a place in the highveld mining region of Mpumalanga, his company is focused on engineering, industrial, financial services, logistics, security, ICT, and agri-business fields to name a few. Mr Prince Vusimuzi has a deep petrochemical and mining experience.
2. Nkosi family trust led by Ms B Nkosi, is a conglomerate family trust focused on investing in mining, engineering, energy, healthcare, ICT, Infrastructure and logistics.
3. Vusimuzi employees trust (VET) is a professionally managed employees trust.
